We provide a fully managed construction service, from the first groundworks to the final snag. Projects are delivered within critical timeframes, finished to an exceptional standard and kept to budget.

You get a programme you can follow and costs you can see. When a decision is needed, we bring it to you early, with options rather than problems.

01Will we have one point of contact?

Yes. One person at SEJ manages your project from start to finish and keeps you updated throughout.

02How do you keep to budget?

By fixing the scope and costing it properly before work starts, and by flagging any change early, with its cost attached.

03Do you handle building control and warranties?

Yes. We manage inspections, sign-offs and the new-home warranty as part of the build.

04Can we visit the site during the build?

Of course, by arrangement and with the right safety measures in place. Most clients enjoy watching their home take shape.
