The right plot does most of the work. We help you find one that suits the house, the budget and the life you want around it.
A good plot is more than a postcode. It needs room for the home you have in mind, sensible access, workable services and a realistic route through planning. We look at all of it before you commit.
Because we build as well as buy, we can tell you what a site will really cost to develop, not just what it costs to purchase. That keeps the surprises off the table.
We also look at what matters day to day: schools, stations, shops and the character of the road.
A clear, unhurried process, so you only buy when the planning and the numbers stack up.
